that I'm taking out previous contributions only (not earnings), isn't that
supposed to be tax-free and no penalty?
If I just put in an amount, say $15K, will I get a tax bill? Who is supposed
to keep track of the contribution/earning? Can I just put the $15K as non-
taxable on 1040 myself?
I talked to eTrade rep and they said there is no place to mention you are
taking out contribution only?
