housing market and the economy recovers BEFORE employment recovers. Just
because there are more mortgage delinquency, doesn't mean things will go bad
. It really depends on the rate of unemployment deterioration not whether it
deteriorates.

另外，关于明年中期失业率达到峰值，文中引用的这个预期，也不知道是怎么得出的。

The current policies will not fix economy. I think, from now till
next election, every year will be worse than the last year if they
don't fundamentally change their strategies.
