比如拉下中国司法部副部长的就是广州一烂尾楼, 银行把它"拍卖"给某公司, 九亿元
超低价, 结果这个公司转手立即倒卖给另一家公司, 一下子赚走四亿元. 而这些经手
人员各得到几百万的贿赂.
所以,我觉得曼哈顿超低价房子的卖出, 不是银行真的按照市场无奈得卖了那么低价钱,
其中很可能有腐败. 虽然说美国总体上腐败比较少, 可是并不是没有的.

Central park, award winning building design, a 1150 two bedroom is asking
for $870K. You will see this kind of sales more and more, and a few more
months, it will become the norm than exception.

commented average sellers in NYC are not professional investors, because
they don't know when to cut loss, but rather to see their bank savings to
drain to last penny and then foreclose. Compared to them, banks are
professionals.
