your dividend. I am not so bullish for the stock market, which may have less
than 10% upside in a year. Few company report growth for revenue. High
profits mostly come from cost cutting which can not do forever.

What a joke! This guy is stocking up bottled water, dog food, tooth brush
and toilet paper to combat inflation! I am sure there are more reasonable
selections in costco if he is really into being ahead of the curve.
