thanks. what are other best forums? I think I need to open my eyes with some
engligh ones, in addition to this mitbbs one.
hte bogle one talks a lot about mfs, which I like to learn.
for example, right now I would like to learn about vanguard/fidelity/tiaa h-y bond funds. Any places? thanks.

it is about the (going down) appraisal of the properties it owns. good
timing.
every one knows the (going down) appraisal of the properties was coming. why
still are there people holding tiaa Real estate? very strange!

right now, may be true. but 6 months ago or one year ago, it was not true.
so it looked like a good arbitrage scenario. I htink long-term planners
should also take this chance (maybe I am not a real long termer :)
but maybe a lot of people are as stupid as I am. I didn't realize the
problem, until some one pointed it out.
among the three websites, do you think which one is the best? I happened to
see some on bogleheads, but I already found my time is not enough :(
