OFFER,但是由于双方在细节上谈不拢,没有成交.现在这套房子又重新上市,价格也有所
下调,我们还是想买这套房子,给原来的AGENT讲,他说银行不会再考虑我们的OFFER,请问
是不是这样? 我们可不可以换个AGENT向银行发一个新OFFER?

As long as the bank likes your price and the other conditions, such as waive
of contigencies, especially cash deal, it will accept your offer.
I believe the agent either wants to buy it himself, or has another client
interested in this house, or is tired of you.
It is not a good idea to hire another agent. If you do so and eventually
bought this house, the current agent could sue you for his commission.
Just tell the current agent to submit the offer for you. If he refuses, talk
