ROTH IRA，但是不知道怎么操作，打电话给vanguard，客服说因为我跟学校的合同还没
终止，所以暂时不能处理，只能等跟学校解约了以后才能tansfer，确实是这样麽？如
果不是的话请问达人们应该怎麽操作呢？网上点了半天都不知道该咋弄:(((
另外tansfer的那部分税是不是要跟2011年的税一起报？可是人都不在美国了怎么报呢？

Vanguard a release note to inform them that you can take a distribution.
You need to file a 2011 return since you have two months' income, and the
distributed amount should be included if you rollover to a Roth IRA.

另外明年报2011年税的时候人不在美国怎么拿到这部分的税表呢？再次感谢！

always get your forms online.
