now. So I emailed them asking for an explanation.
I received an email after 1-2 days saying they will investigate
and reply to me in 2-3 business days.
After 3 business days I received another email saying they will
continue to investigate and reply to me in 3-5 business days.
所以低expense ratio philosophy也有坏处阿，customer service都懒得
