look at Japan, when in emergency, it's likely you can not get cash
from any of your accounts

in an emergency, less people would accept your check or credit card

但凡能打电话都可以用手机银行。
至于信用卡，甚至没电都能用。

you would have a little taste of what's the emergency I am talking about
just losing a job or sth like that is another kind of emergency
for that purpose, you dont need an emergency fund
