3。因为只有五万，也只能投投大众产品了
A）债券基金类
上面人说的债券基金可以买一些的
B）股票基金类
a) 地产类
跟地产有关的ETF，比如 VNQ ，可以买一些，当是买房了。
警告：这类基金跟股市相关性很大。
其实也可以考虑个股 ACC，直接针对大学城出租房的。跟股市关系比较小
b) 技术类ETF
比如XLK
本人还是觉得技术方面美国在全球是老大。可以逢低吸入，长期持有。
c) 金融类 ETF
由于 regulation 大概会越来越严，建议近期不要碰，等国会尘埃落定再说。
d) 能源类
这个现在经济不稳，我不爱买。但这个方向应该是需要经常关注的
e) 国际类 （ 比如CAF）
研究起来好累，不适合懒人
C）金银类 （比如GLD)
可以关注，但买入要谨慎
说真的，我这个贴子至少值一百伪币。

买PFCB. PFCB will be acquired at $51.5/share by Centerbridge Partners on
June 21. The deal should be done on June 21. The current market price for
PFCB is $51.09. You can get 0.8% return in less than two weeks. The
annualized return will be more than 25%. The risk? I think it is very small.
I am pretty sure that the deal will be done successfully. |

you hold your shares, you should receive your cash within days.
Unfortunately, the deal has been delayed by one week. So your annualized
return is less than what I had expected. But it is still a very good return
considering its risk.

instruction first):
Buy TGX right now ($1.99/share) before July 11, submit your offer to the
company by your broker. TGX is currently conducting a dutch auction to
purchase up to 14% of its outstanding shares with minimum price starting $2.
Remember the dutch auction will be over by July 11, 5pm (EST). Call your
broker to make sure that you will participate the dutch auction. I suggest
you submit your bid price at $2 so that you will not risk anything. I
personally believe that the final offer price will be $2.1 (50% chance) and
the other half chance is the final price will be $2. If the final price is $
2, you gain only a little bit (less than 0.5% after broker fees). If the
price is $2.1, you gain 5% in three days. The risk is that, too many people
will participate the auction. I seriously doubt about that from my own
experience. You can find all these information by reading SEC documents at: http://www.sec.gov/cgi-bin/browse-edgar?company=&match=&CIK=tgx&filenum=&State=&Country=&SIC=&owner=exclude&Find=Find+Companies&action=getcompany .
