t**l 发帖数: 1284	1 I noticed that there are some REIT fund (for example, NIH)only pays about 4- 5% dividend and has P/E ratio in 20-60, while some (ARR for example) pays about 10-15% dividend and with P/E <10? Can anyone help explain this? Thanks
