1. CDs are transferrable and can be sold in secondary market
2. Savings are contractually overnight but the actual maturity
is longer. Every bank has a term structure for these overnight
deposits. If the bank thinks the actual WAL is 5yrs, they could
pay 5y rate which is much higher than 2y rate today.

再请教个问题。比如现在有部分钱，作为应急现金用，或者买房用。所以不想投股市。
那么有两个选择。
1.存saving account. 0.75%利息。弊：利息需要交税。那么交税后利息是0.75%x0.7
（假设税率0.3)
2.存入Roth IRA.利：利息不用交税。但是Roth IRA里面能保证收入，又能随时提现的
只有CD吧，其利息比0.75%还要低不少。
请问，在Roth IRA里，有没有可以随时提现（或者一部分1-2年定期）的利息比较比0.
