我现在准备尽快把问题修好,但是我不知道如何能让他搬走?现在好像主动权在他手里

我知道正常的情况是:房客住旅馆直到问题修好,房东负责旅馆开支。但是我的情况是
他明确不要再住下去了,我是否要负责他的旅馆钱?如果是,到什么时候呢? 如果他
一直说没找好下家房子赖着不搬,我即使修好了房子,又有什么可以作来要求他搬呢?
初次租房给房客就这么倒霉,脑子很乱,都不知道自己能作什么来改善自己的处境。期

your house is not suitable for living
2. He has not officially notify you that he is moving out. Phone call does
not count. Only writing notice count.
3. You must fixed the problem ASAP, then notify him to come back to the
house. Once your house is back to livable condition, he cannot stay in hotel
any more, and you are not liable to the hotel bill once he got notified
that the house is back to livable condition. Better ask a lawyer to write a
legal notice to him.
4. Once your house is back to livable condition, he has to pay rent, else
you can start to evacuate him. |
