标 题: 退休计划roll over到IRA，请推荐哪个好？谢谢

收到capital one 360的sharebuilder广告，说如果roll over到它家开IRA，有up to $
600的开户bonus，不知道它家这个sharebuilder怎样？
像这种事，应该考虑bonus情况还是应该主要考虑公司本身的服务呢？
另外，已经在vanguard有roth IRA，现在是不是只能把公司的退休计划roll over到传
统ira？请推荐一下转到哪家比较好呢？谢谢 |

发帖数: 979 | 2 顺便再请教一下，我在vanguard的roth账户里买的是它家那种按退休年份的mutual
fund，是不是不太划算？应该卖掉买ETF吗？卖掉会有手续费吧？可不可以无手续费直
接转成ETF呢？还有，如果转成了vangurad的ETF，再把整个账户转到merrill edge（假
设哈），应该也不影响吧？
其实我在fidelity也开了账户（去年4月），没操作，但也一直没关。现在有点犹豫到
底怎么整合比较好。。是不是把vanguard的roth直接转到fidelity算了，然后再把退休
账户也转到fidelity的roth里？对了，fidelity老账户还能再搞点UA bonus啥的么？
但是好像听说最近fidelity不跟中国国籍的人做生意了？会不会有影响呢？比如税方面
问题比较多而且弱，请大牛多指点，包子感谢 |

我提两点建议吧:
1. Consolidate to either Fidelity or Vanguard. I believe Fidelity has a
promotion going on for some free trades if you fund an existing account or
open a new account right now, since you don't trade frequently, it might
work for you.
2. Contribute fully to Roth IRA first before anything else. |

发帖数: 979 | 7 谢谢建议。我前些天好像看到说fidelity现在不跟中国人做生意了（意思好像是中国人
在他家开户交易会有些额外的税务等方面的麻烦事？），所以想问清楚是不是这样。如
果没有这类麻烦，fidelity我也觉得应该挺好的。
至于第二点，现在还是每年5k吧？顺便请教一下，是不是我每月定投转入roth，会比每
年一次性的转入要好一些？谢谢

not.
2013 Roth IRA limit is $5500, DCA or One-time investment of the $5500 works
either way, but you need to consider trading cost for DCA (if you invest in
stocks, ETFs or some mutual funds). |

investors in the funds
and Vanguard always has the lowest fees, other brokers have been struggling
to keep up with it on the fees.
in the last 10 years, it was always Vanguard who started to lower some more
fees then after some time, other brokers followed suit.
