break or credit) for residence who invest in home state 529 plans. The
others are AK, NH, NV, SD, TN, and TX. Therefore these states residence
should shop around.
I have not done detailed research, but NY seem has the lowest fees at 0.17%
across board, but their international offering is lacking. OH has some good
Vanguard active funds, UT is a bit expensive than NY, but they have better
international selections, and you can set your own allocation to a certain
degree.
