看到一些non traded REITs,dividened 6-7%,不知道有什么风险,值不值得投。
还有就是想请教有没有其他好方法。是不是换rmb存未来4-5年风险较大?

investors, the main draw is higher yield. The main risk is liquidity (and
to a lesser extent if the RE market turns south again ... that's why
typically time frame is a lot longer than 4-5 years).
Put a portion of your long term portfolio into it is Ok, but not all eggs ..

high yield corp bonds with maturity 4-5 years, you just hold them to
maturity. He or she will earn little commission, but will do it to keep you
as a future client.
I can't really think of any other "better return but safe" options.

否则管理层想怎么搞怎么搞,亏的是投资人,他自己拿管理费爽着呢。
