money from another bank account. Got a message that it will take about 2 to
5 business days for the transfer.
Tried to convert this new traditional IRA account to Roth IRA anyway, but
failed. The error message says: "There is no shares available at this moment
..."
My question is: is it true that I need to wait for several business days -
after my traditional IRA account got funded - to convert it into Roth IRA?

This is my first time dealing with IRA. So please bear with me. I did read
the online tutorials about backdoor Roth IRA and the instructions on
Fidelity. |

发帖数: 12623 | 3 Today is Sunday. Probably they can't get money from the bank on a weekend.
Waiting one or a few days is not a bad thing. The amount of money is not
going to change in such a short period of time anyway. |
