在读第四章给defensive investor的建议，其中作者讨论了各种值得考虑的bond。当然
有很多情况已经变了，比方说作者大力推崇的US Savings bond，现在好像只有EE和I两
个series了，跟原先的term也完全不一样。
不知道是不是应该直接跳过这部分啊？
还有，I series savings bond值得考虑吗？
