with yield aberrantly higher than market norm comes with great risks, known
or unknown. Let's cross fingers that the shadow banking in China doesn't
blow up the entire market. |

reputable financial institution, probably is OK.
I would avoid anything that offers yield higher than that, especially if
this is not your spare money. |

around. Nowadays banks need to see two CLEAN statements for the loan. You
will just cause yourself trouble by transfer the money in an out of the
account.
