3 fidelity注册promotion,做asset transfer from vanguard
主要是转security + 少量cash
4 在fidelity park9个月transfer back to vanguard,用3个月rebalance portfolio
5 repeat 3-4

1 vanguard low ER
2 转security为主 保持投资稳定性 减少capital gain tax
3 反复拿fidelity的promotion是允许的,把mileage cash掉后等于获得额外1%的return

fund and u don't pay vanguard anything except for the expense.
why do u want to buy vanguard fund? I guess you want to invest in vanguard
and get reward form fidelity at the same time. How is the expense form
fidelity charged? 9 month/ 12 moth = 0.75 multipled by the anual expense?

how do you do that? what do you mean by "security", bond? stock?, derivative
