发帖数: 8454 | 7 yeah. or you can buy total market index fund which include 500 and all
others. or you can buy index fund with any combinations below:
large cap, middle cap, small cap vs. value, blend, growth
s&p 500 is kind of large cap blend; while total market include all caps,
but is still classified as large blend since 500 large cap companies are
included. There is also extended market index which simply excludes the 500,
and is therefore classified as middle cap blend.
you can also choose to buy dow jones index fund which reflects 30 dow jones
companies, which are all industry leaders in their sectors (largest of large
caps). Of course it is large cap blend.
these are all 大盘 IMHO
