Traditional GREAT school districts are extremely experienced detecting such
deals.
If what you bought is a condo and not multi-family, then you may have
problem.
Your tenant most likely will have school age kids. 90% chance.
Good school district home rental costs at least 40-50% more than neighboring
towns.
不為孩子上學, 誰吃飽了去租貴的區? Now traditional GREAT districts will ask
for proof of residence. That's annual lease, Or deed, AND utility bills.
You will have to provide yours and your tenant will do the same on the same
CONDO address???
