the historically low rates.

the Fed would raise the rates soon, if not from Dec this year.
So, this time is different.
Although there are complications to it, because the Fed only raises the
short term rates, and mortgage rates are more tied to 10-year treasury rates
' moves, and short term and longer term rates don't always go the same
direction as there are other factors in play. But the trend should be clear
