dividend 的角度看 large growth 应该比large value少 所以会更tax efficient. 但
是 不少growth fund 的 turn over rate 高。换句话就是 heavy trading 这样会产生
capital gain 所以turn over rate 高的基金不会tax efficient.

值得去买吗？我看他们推荐的相应的fidelity fund 不太tax efficient, 有long term
& short term capital gain. 多谢。
