Admiral Shares吗?这有什么好处吗?
Converting to Admiral Shares
By converting from Investor Shares to Admiral Shares, you’ll remain
invested in the same funds you’re in now, but you’ll enjoy lower expense
ratios, leaving you more money to invest—an advantage that can compound
over time.
For example, if you have a $100,000 portfolio in Admiral Shares with an
average expense ratio of 0.11% instead of an equivalent portfolio of
Investor Shares with an average expense ratio of 0.21%, you could save
approximately $1,700 more in your portfolio over a ten-year period, assuming
an average annual return of 6%. (This hypothetical example doesn’t
represent any particular investment. Actual savings for your specific funds
may be higher or lower.)
For a holding to be eligible for Admiral Shares conversion, it must:
•Have a balance of $10,000 or more in an index fund that offers
Admiral Shares.
•Have a balance of $50,000 or more in an actively managed fund that
offers Admiral Shares.
•Have a balance of $100,000 or more in certain sector funds or Tax
Managed Funds that offer Admiral.
Conversions from Investor Shares to Admiral Shares of the same fund are tax-
free and do not incur any special Vanguard fees.
Note: If you convert to Admiral Shares and your mutual fund balance drops
below the minimum investment amount, your mutual fund may be reclassified to
Investor Shares. | m*********t 发帖数: 1250 | 2 Just do it. Reduce the expense ratio with no side effects.
