标 题: Any better tool to leverage money than Suntrust loan?

Suntrust Bank has a loan program called lightstream - for premier members (
need to deposit $100K in Suntrust investment account to become premier
member), you can borrow a loan of upto $150K for upto 144 months, APR of
today is between 6% to 9% based on length of loan and credit score. And then
you can withdraw your own $100k from investment account right after loan
approval. You can receive fund of the loan in 1 day and there is NO FEES or
pre-payoff penalty.
I see this loan program is way better than hard money lending which not only
has more procedures (property appraisal, closing cost, etc) but also has 2-
3 point charge upfront (2%-3% of loan amount) and underwriting fee $2000-$
3000, on top of 8%-12% APR.
Is there any other bank that offers better program than this Suntrust one (
as alternative to hard money lending that you can get large amount (>$200K)
of cash in a few days and pay it off in 6-12 months)? I have $100K cash and
I want to borrow more than $150K or as much as possible? |
