The USA embassador who use to work in Shenyang were
transered to
Ottawo last year. He is a black guy and the only person in
charge
there. He refused to give out visa nearly to everyone. So,
if you
want to get your visa before you go back to China, don't go
there
until he trnasfer to other country.
By the way, Ottawo is a very beautiful city, worth to spend
sometime there. |
