It depends. You need to interview.
That means probility to be refused.
You did not change major and shool, right?
So, if you can have perfect excuse and and perfect
plan of going back to China after graduate you will
get the visa from nice person in China.
So, how can you explain a master degree in physics is better
than a Ph.d degree
in physics for your future IN CHINA?

Does anybody know the exact policy of the visa issue?
I heared that the interview can be waived if I am still F1
in the same school.
Is that true?

Mexico. I just did it in Canada. Pretty easy. no pain in the

If change to a different major, you will have a strong
reason that you change your
interest field and you will begin another one. But in the
same field, from phd to master, it is apparently for work.
and considering the time you in your dept, you are nearly
finished. It is just the time for looking for job.
But I know one way will work, xixi, beg me bah.
