China. You can get the visa if you are lucky.

发帖数: 22 | 5 I went to Japan to visit relatives and applied H1B there. Very easy. Also, I
have a friend who got his F1 visa in Japan. I think as long as this is not
your first visa to US, they won't ask you to go back to your home country to
apply. |
