action, it taks 20 minutes to finish the task! Basiclly it's
countinously eating the memory and reading or writing on the harddisck for
the whole period.

improve I highly recommend: uninstall.
I used to suffer with it, it amazed me how many bugs and enormous annoyances
one product could have. I visited IBM forum almost every day when I used
RAD to find "solutions". Not to mention the time wasted while just staring
at screen to wait app server to restart.
Since we only need to debug servlet, Eclipse + Tomcat is enough. After setting it
up, I uninstalled RAD and live a happie
