join at your convenient time. you can join on part time basis and remotely.

delegate一下是可以理解的。即使这样，也会分散senior很多时间去做code review和
bug fix。
如果你只找新手做dev，从长远看，可能会适得其反。
理论理解是一回事，真的写起程序来，没有经验的人很容易就把理论忘到脑后去了。
