I am trying to write a client that connects to an ArcIMS server.
Although I understand that ArcXML is used for requests and
responses, what I didn't see in online documentations is how
requests are made since it apparently assumes that one uses existing
tools.
So here are the questions I have.
1. are there existing free client library that I could use to
deal with requests and responses? Open Source would be
even better.
