H-1B approval (I-797 from USCIS received by Fedex): June xx, 2006 (Start
date on I-797: Oct. 1, 2006, without I-94 attached, with notification to US
Embassy in Beijing)
Make appointment in Beijing right away (for July yy, 2006)
H-1B Visa application on July yy, 2006 in Beijing, but unfortunately got
checked;
H-1B Visa stamp ready on Aug. zz, 2006, and got it with passport in mail in
China;
