As an applicant for H1B this year, I am concerned with two issues, and I
hope USCIS would pay attention to them:
(1) ICC (Indian Consulting Companies). Many ICC violate the regulation and
submit fraudulent H1B applications (fake positions, fake resume, fake
payroll, etc). This reduces the chance of those who have got real offers
from real companies to get H1B and be able to work. If this continues like
