It's my H1-B Refiling (Transfer before 10/1) experience. Below is the check
list of the documents I provided to the lawyers for the purpose of petition
filing. They did premium process for me. Within one week, I got the email
approval notice.
1. Copy of Renew/extended I-20 （valid through ９／３０／２００８）
2. Copy of H1-B Reciept
3. Copy of Resume
4. Copies of all the pages of passport
5. Copies of I-94 (front and back)
6. Copies of Deplomat/Transcripts
7. Copies of all old I-20
8. Copy of new offer
