6月23日VSC收到我的材料，到了9月30日还是pending。于是跟学校联络，学校马上跟我
们的special representative联系，被告知：
The I-765 for the student mentioned is currently outside normal processing t
imes at the Vermont Service Center (VSC). At this time the VSC will honor y
our request to expedite the application.
Please know that the preferred method for requesting an expedite request at
the VSC is for the student/applicant to make the request by calling the Nati
onal Customer Service Center at 1-800-375-5283.
