还有我以前在国内工作过几年，请问国内的情况会调查到什么程度？还需要提交档案号
，这个我不知
道，没填就提交了。有关系吗？我需要让我家人去原来的单位问吗，还是等Hireright
的人问我再说？

current company. I know one person lost her offer since her manager said she
was "under performance and not professional".

I am thinking most ppl would do sth like this, since the current employer
would know that you will leave them, and would definitely like to put some
obstacle before you can leave.
how do you guys think about this problem???!!! Thanks for your input...

正经的大公司Background check 不会联系你的前雇主的
主要查的信息就是，工作历史，犯罪记录，驾驶记录，信用记录，可能也会要求
candidate去做drug test (查尿样,血样, 头发, 或唾液等等)

大家怎么都跟见不得人似的。我还没听说有人电话打给现在的老板的。明明是跳槽，现
在的老板能说好话吗？
当然了如果是公司内部招聘，家人肯定跟你老板谈谈，都是自己人嘛，

different agents. The agent collected data and send report to my company,
and CCed to me.

usually it's the only one item might be waived. However, your new company
might contact your HR after you leave your current comapny.
Actually most companies don't provide detailed info to avoid potential law
sue. for example, my current company only prove "Mr. xxx worked in XXX from
xxxx to xxxx." nothing else.

section per previous company:
1. give the score of the working performance during his/her employment
period.
2. Will you re-hire the people in future? If not, any comments?
One of my previous companies declined to answer neither the questions.

Most cases, only HR responds to the check requests, and they only provide
employment verification.
To ask about a person's performance is really weird.
