It's a big range depending on how good a candidate is.
Everything is possible.
They are looking for someone who is really smart,confident, and also a team
leader. All the founders had oversea academic background and working
experience. They prefer the candidates from U.S.

just market sense, I don't think they can compete with US companies.
I don't think that I am the candidate, and if I were I could get a
a better payment in USA.
