的。你的H1有可能也会被吊销，但应该不会有什么法律责任，你就说自己什么都不知道

responsibility to deal with this. They refuse to take the case.
what should I do now?

raised this question to your company, your company would discuss with them
and apply to revoke your H1B on their side.
Actually your company is even in more dangerous situation than you are.

Many people said the same thing. But I am still very concerned what
consequence I will bear. Will the firm blame on me? If I get another job,
will I be able to apply for H1B next year?

1) the best one for you, the dept. only checks your criminal background and
everything is fine.
2) the second one: the dept. raised the concern about the legal status of
your H1B, and allowed your company to revoke your H1B without any penalty.
Your company of course will let you go soon. you have to maintain your
status "legal". of course you can apply for new H1B in the future.
3) the worse one: Your company and you are claimed to violate the laws and
be punished. Wo
