I was curious about one thing. Will this 25,000 be picked from the cases
approved in FY2009, or from *ALL* the current H1B cases??

oh, just want to be prepared what to expect if they show up some day! so
won't be freaked out!

asked a lot of detailed questions and some sounded personal and offensive.
It was a random on-site visit among recently H1B petitioners. No idea if ALL
or FY2009 will be randomly visited. |
