的一些讨论。如果真的要mail in，而且需要俩个月的话，那不是啥事都耽误了？
有没有最近办的给个明确的答复啊？ |

Only if your prevail wage application was filed before January 20, 2010, you
had to send it by mail. After January 20, you can apply for the prevail
wage online through iCert system or it could be done instantly by using one
of the OES data sources.
so, it seems that we do not need to wait for 2 month to get the mailed-in
approval for PW.

稍微出点小问题需要ref啥的差不多就要2个月，不顺的没准三个月。我去年9/15 submi
t的h1b transfer由于LCA出了点问题就拖了1个月，最后11/13 approval. |

should you get PWD approved first before filing LCA for H1B petition?
and only after LCA approved, shoud you file the H1B petition?

刚刚又给律师打电话了，把这边筒子们的信息反映了一下，结果被告知，无论外面说有
多少种可能，他们还是把俺的CASE用PWD办了：（
这个星期一交的，看来好一次S等啊。。有筒子也在等么。。

司的人刚搬过，公司着急要人，所以没有走PWD，2-3个星期就搞定了，但是学校坚持让
我的律师办PWD:(

, 这样时间就比较长，但一般公司有招H1B经验的话都不回这么做。 |

虽然律师交了PWD，但是没有等结果，又直接FILE 了LCA,然后用PREMIUM H1B TRANSFER
.已经拿到了APPROVE. |
