My OPT will expire this November.
Option1, I apply the GC through her as GC Holder,
Option2, She will apply the citizenship this month, then apply GC for me.
Option3, do the Option1 and Option2 at the same time.
Which way should I go?

Option 1 will take you at least 5 years.
Option 2 depends on the time your wife used to get her citizenship (
generally one year? not pretty clear).
After she gets her citizenship, you can get your GC in about 3 months.
