Currently, and subject to change at employers discretion, as an eligible
full time employee, the company will contribute 50% of the Group Health Plan
offered by the company. In addition, for full time employees, the company
pays the premium for a basic Term Life policy and vision care. Please see
benefit summaries provided by the insurance companies for
more information.
我有点不是很懂这个意思，是说我买保险之后再去找公司报销呢还是怎样？另外我看
salary.com上关于benefits都是由很多部分组成的 比如 Bonuses，Social S | H*X
