How to do expedite for OPT? By mail or By call?
I have got a job beginning from June 1st. But I still waiting for my EAD
card. I received my receipt today.

Ask the ISO in your university to contact the service center. Sometimes it
is very quick. If they don't want to do that for you, call the 800 number to
expedite.
