刚接了个猎头电话，TELECOM NETWORK ENGINEER，是个FULL TIME JOB，是一个CISCO
PARNER顾问公司的职位，但做的是CISCO的CONTRACT，要面试了，却是由CISCO公司的人
来主持
请问这是啥概念啊？那这个职位是FULL TIME 还是CONTRACT？
