另外,40只是法定的,而且你干了45只拿了40个小时的钱算不算也是加班呢?

I called IPS again just now.
The person who answered me should be a graduate assistant or student worker,
but she said she was sure.
CPT can be divided two forms: full-time CPT and part-time CPT. It is marked
on your new I20 of CPT.
Regarding full-time CPT, you can work as much as you can, so it might be 40,
60 hours or something.
For part-time CPT, the maximum working hours have been specified.
So in most of CPT cases, I believe it is full-time CPT and you can work more
than 40 hours. |
