RFE on July 1st. Not received in mail yet. lawyer said this is common while
they may only want the current paystub to verify I currently working and get
paid here. She also said Denial is HIGHLY unlikely, actually she never have
a denial before. even so it is denied, we can file a appeal which takes 18
months for USCIS to process, and I can work during the appeal process.

To me then it is a good deal. In two years, I would have enough experience
to go back to China.

The appeal may take up to 18 months.
It doesn't necessarily mean it will take 18 months.
If USCIS reject your appeal, you lose your status immediately.

They may not require the undergradute transcript. But if you have, why not
file it together?
For my h1b transfer and rfe, i submitted all transcripts since college, I20
, W2, paystubs, corporate intranet photos, my emails with my manager, copy
of my badge, etc.

In my case, the rfe gave 30 days to reply and was basically about
1. if my employer is a good sugar daddy to irs (all the tax records,
business licenses, company pamphlet/brochure/website, insurance, everified, etc)
2. if I am taking vacation all day and if the project is in Nigeria (recent
paystubs, W2s, offer letter, employment agreement, benefits, why my employer can not live without me, how my employer spies on and controls me like a slave, project contracts, in
