本来这应该是OIE的事情，可是这个学校小，OIE只有一个貌似很糊涂的老太太，好像今年也没有给国际人士办过H1，告诉我说只要从网上下个LCA表，花7天 ，她签字就可以了。经我提醒说可能要PWD，她又说对阿。。。。。
各位大侠能否给指点一下？感激不尽。 | T*******e
发帖数: 4928 | 2 She is right. I actually replied this kind of questions around March 18th.
Basically,
1) To file h1b, your employer/lawyer must file LCA first.
2) To file LCA, your employer/lawyer must provide the prevailing wage info found from http://icert.doleta.gov/. See the screenshot page of the printed out online LCA application (i erased the sensitive info).
You are confused because there are two kinds of PWDs.
1) One is a MUST for h1b application purpose (your employer/lawyer need to fill that info in
