As I know, when I interviewed with Amazon, they told me that they don't give
yearly cash bonus. It's the reason that they give high sign up bonus and
RSU. However, I don't understand how can they keep people after the first
couple years without cash bonus.
Anyway, I decided not to go to Amazon in the end. Therefore, I can't give
the clear answer about this.
