发帖数: 2911 | 17 是很诡异，每次电面后都是一个星期到两个星期才通知约下一轮。
告知第一面和第二面说是同一个俄国人，但最早发的email绝对写的是不同的名字。因
为这样，recruiter坚持说那两面只能算一轮，总共4次电面只算三轮。
那道扔鸡蛋题的变体，算是比较难的，要用DP, 被虐也没有办法。

每个公司都在号称要找到best of the best,
都挑花眼了. 一边是大把的简历一边叫找不到人.
招人过程很妖异, 结果不一定好,
找到的一部分人只是会背题, 真上手又是另一回事.
一边是很高的门槛, 进去之后的工作可能只是螺丝钉
和2000年是个人会两句Java都能找到高薪工作的时候一样,
整个业界相当的不理智, 都得了集体失心疯. |
